Perishable Agricultural Commodities Act
PACA

The Company abides by the governing laws of the Perishable Agricultural Commodities Act and the implementing regulations of the U.S. Department of Agriculture. All employees that participate in the trading, marketing or handling of the covered commodities under this act are responsible for adhering to the regulations set forth by the U.S. Department of Agriculture. This law was enacted to combat any unfair trading practices, and protects the integrity of the industry in which we operate. You as an employee are accountable and expected to act in full compliance with PACA and the regulations enacted by the USDA.
