Worker’s Contract

Laborers, Mechanics, Drivers, Selectors, and Porters shall be provided with a legally binding labor contract that establishes standards of hours, rates of pay, work rules and other conditions set forth in accordance with the Teamsters Local Union No. 929 of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

The Company shall only employ part-time, short-term or casual laborers in certain circumstances that would otherwise require our current employees to exceed the regulated work hours for a given day/week/month. The use of part-time, short-term or casual workers shall never be utilized in efforts to reduce wages or benefits of regular full-time employees.
