Expectations

Employees of The Company are expected to understand and comply with the Code of Business Conduct. The Code of Business Conduct promotes good ethical and responsible decision making. All emplyees are accountable for their actions.

If you are trying to determine whether an issue or decision will conflict with the Code of Business Conduct, then revert back to these questions?

• Will this decision have a negative impact on the customers, fellow employees and ownership?

In addition, The Code of Business Conduct promotes all employees to seek advice from their supervidors, management, and our Legal Counsel to address any questions or concerns regarding The Code. Legal Counsel shall only be sought after discussion with Senior Management.
